Sleep / Relaxation

The best sleeping position for a mom-to-be is on the left side. This ensures unobstructed blood flow while you sleep – but don’t panic if you wake up in a different position. Simply roll back over to your left side again.

There are a variety of pillows that can help you sleep better, and support your stomach and back at the same time.

  1. Maternity Pillow – This is specially designed with two pillows attached together with an adjustable fabric panel, so one pillow supports your back and the other supports your stomach.
  2. Wedge Pregnancy Pillow – Supports your belly by putting the wedge shaped pillow underneath.
